    The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page two, section one, line five, following the word “authorized” by inserting the following:

    “with the following amendments: on page one, subsection 2.1, line two, following the word ‘to’, by striking ‘a municipal or magistrate court’ and and inserting in lieu thereof ‘a magistrate court, and shall withhold the total of costs, fines, forfeitures or penalties due to a municipal court’;

    On page two, subdivision 3.2.e, line one, following the word ‘forfeitures’, by inserting a comma and the word ‘restitution’;

    On page three, subsection 5.5, line three, following the word ‘forfeitures’, by inserting a comma and the word ‘restitution’;

    On page three, subsection 5.6, following line one, by striking the words ‘or magistrate court’;

    On page three, subsection 5.6, line two, following the word ‘municipal’, by striking the words ‘or magistrate’;

    On page three, subsection 5.6, following line two and the word ‘court’ by inserting a semicolon and inserting the words ‘and when the magistrate court costs, fines, forfeitures, restitution or penalties have been paid to the magistrate court’;

    On page three, subsection 5.6, line three, following the word ‘forfeitures’ by inserting a comma and the word ‘restitution’; and

    On page three, subsection 5.6, line five, following the word ‘forfeitures’ by inserting a comma and the word ‘restitution’.”
